Today was a little different. Had an opening shift so instead of taking my pill about 10 minutes after I wake up, I had to be up and going about 2 hours before it was time. Woke up fine (no weird dreams) and had a lone cup of coffee before I was out the door.
Was able to stay on task all morning --but it was boring AF.
Didn't really feel any different compared to the day before: had energy, more focused, less figety, I suppose.
I did have one coworker comment on how they had noticed little changes, so that's neat! Outside input!
Cooking dinner went okay, got everything done in time, but got distracted by my cats. I've noticed it been a little easier to rearrange my priorities rather than just getting caught by something and stuck.
Also noticed that I'm getting extremely sleepy at what would be considered a normal bedtime! Once my Fitbit charges, I'm going to start tracking my sleep, see what I can learn.
