why does it have to be august now :( [8/1/2025]

i was finally just getting used to it being summer and boom now its fall and then winter and then spring and then once im finally used to all that....

omg also yesterday i stayed up all night watching the summer hikaru died and oh my god it is so good

like i wasn't entirely sure if i'd like it or not but it is AMAZING like its such a perfect mix of comedy and horror and the hidden meanings behind everything and just everything about it is so perfectly written and it just hits so close to home (minus the whole 'best friend you're in love with dying and being replaced by a demon' thing)

i can't wait for the next episode ad i seriously reccommend it to anybody who's thinking about watching it, it's so good and yes i did cry during episode 4

tomorrow i have to make sure i get up earlier than usual since our dm for dnd has a job interview (he's finally retiring from being an incel i'm so proud 🤧) at 4 and we normally end it around 4:30 so now we're all gonna have to arrive there at 12:30 

i'm gonna make sure me and aiden get there in between 12 and 12:30 tho just in case 

but now i gotta like set an alarm or smth cuz normally i always wake up and have like just enough time to get ready and do my makeup and pack all the snacks im bringing and stuff

i could like just not do my makeup or smth but im always so scared that if i don't then what if a really cool emo person wants to join and now i look like shit and they're gonna think i'm lame or a poser or something like that idk

ik its like super irrational but still like i always want to have more friends, especially ones that have similar interests

i'm friends with this one girl in the group sammy and i'm supposed to go over to her house at some point this month but my mom is insisting on meeting her parents before i can sleep over even tho i'm 17 and she's 18 so i don't really think it's as necessary as if i was like 12 or smth 

also i downloaded this app that's basically like that one scene from clueless so it's like it picks ur outfits for you and now i have to take a picture of everything in my closet 😭

hopefully it'll be worth it but omg this is gonna take me forever

anyways i've been yapping on here long enough so i'll see y'all later
