locked in

ok so ive started working out and eating less and im so locked into working out like somehow even though i used to hate it now im addicted to it? like if a day goes by and its not my rest day and i dont workout i genuinely feel so bad but when i workout i like it????? i plan to lose 20-25 kg in the next 3-6 months

Isn’t 2 to 25 kgs a LOT in just 3 to 6 months? I mean im not an expert but that sounds like a lot

not really just exercise and maintain a calorie deficit which is what im doing. i used chatgpt to make me a workout plan and it says in 4 weeks, ill feel lighter and i might see some results, in 3 months i can drop 10-15 kg and in 6 months ill look like a new person!
