I absolutely reccomend Good Omens, sure Gaiman is a POS but the book is still very good. If you like comics, the Adventures of Tintin series is excelent (though look at it more of as a look into history from time to time, some elements are absolutely products of their time). Another fun comic series would be Hearstopper by Alice Oseman if you're into LGBT romance, though some parts can get a bit heavy. The Ex Talk by Rachel Lynn Solomon was a fun read for me as well
Fun as in a comedy or fun in that its like a rollercoaster? Cause i'm not sure about comedy but rollercoaster I would recommend MXTX Scum villain self saving system. Three men in a boat (to say nothing of the dog) by Jerome K Jerome has been recommended to me as funny but it is on my to read list so im not sure.

Good Omens is a def win! I watched the amazon prime show first and liked them both! You should 100% read good omens!
