It is now official.

I want to become a gyaru.

At first it was simply a fun style that i was intrigued by with the bold makeup, the frilly dresses decked the halls with cutesy accesories and the general swag. As was my usual with thigs i like, I researched its origins, the different sub-tyles, the music....

Essentially I went down the rabbit hole of the century (and found mcbling/trashy y2k fashion on the way--but thats for another entryyy (⸝⸝> ᴗ•⸝⸝) )

Though when i speak of wanting to become a gyaru I mean more so my personal style will be heavily influenced by gyaru fashion---more specifically

AAJWJIBWHFIBAEL YOU PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH I LOVE ANYTHING WITH FUR ON IT. FUR BOOTS, FUR COAT, FUR HAT--ANYTHING! I genuily do not know why i love fur items so much but raaaahhh.

Idk whats with my deep love for anything animal related in fashion but it just scratches a very specific part of my brain. Its just sooo preettyyy⋆˚✿˖°⋆˚✿˖°

𝟥-𝒯𝐻𝐸 𝒞𝒪𝐿𝒪𝑅 𝒮𝒞𝐻𝐸𝑀𝐸 𝑀𝒴 𝐿𝒪𝑅𝒟°❀.ೃ࿔*☑

I really enjoy the contrast in colors with the pinks and blacks. Theres obv other colours like brown and white but the black and pink combo is just chefs kiss (づ> v <)づ♡

Agejo gyaru blends so well with my own tastes, its like almost spot on what I like. I'm at the stage of my rennaissance transformation where I'm all bark no bite. 

                     I have the vision, the want, but there are some glaring issues:

Firstly, I live in the butt-fuck nowhere that is white canadian suburbia. The closest store that could even deliver a sliver of the articles I want is prob MINIMUM 3-4 hours away. My parents would      n-e-v-e-r drive any longer than 40 mins to get to a store/mall. I've been stuck with Ardene/Zara/H&M/GAP/ SINCE I WAS BORN.

Secondly, not only am I broke most of the time , but I'm also a cheapskate(what a combbination♡♡♡)...IN MY DEFENSE I don't have an allowance or a job (im turning 15 in like a week or two), so my birthday/christmas money is my quartely salery. Those Ma*rs , D.i.a and DaTuRa prices are LETHAL. 

Thirdly, my family would rather I wear the most atrocious toe curlingly ugly gap outfit than see me in gorgeously stunning trasy y2k mcbling x agejo gyaru blend. Do not misinterpret my words, for I do not give a shit about my parents/people's opinions, i give a shit about the consequences of their disapproval. Which is unfortunetely the fact that they will absolutely say no and asssume I'm becoming a dissapointement (wait unitl they discover who i really am...its gonna be a doozyyy)

                                                But I am not giving up.

And unfortunely for my parents, I'm growing up. Soon i'll be eligible to take driving lessons, get a job, etc. I'll buy the clothes second hand, learn how to do the makup, etc. But for now, I'm not sure what i can do, not much i guess...(┬┬﹏┬┬)(┬┬﹏┬┬)

The best I can do for now is search for thrift stores, advance in my crocheting---OMG JUST GOT A THOGUHT LOL

I should learn to DIY. I've tried countless times and failed miserably each time. Idk i think im cursed  ;((. 

BUT I CAN FEEL IT, THIS TIME IT'LL BE DIFFERENT (hopefully)
