Julian Casablancas

Julián Fernando Casablancas was born on August 23, 1978, in New York City. He is an influential American singer, songwriter, and musician, known for being the lead vocalist and creative force behind the rock bands The Strokes and The Voidz (he also has a record label called Cult Records). I have a love-hate relationship with him because of things like his infidelity to his ex-wife (the mother of his two children), ending up with a girl half his age, and the cases of girls who have been harassed by him (I don't know if it's real, but I believe it because there's proof). It also infuriates me that the fandom doesn't give him importance just because he's "good-looking." Maybe when he was younger they did, but now he's 46, and at least I don't find him that attractive. Aside from that, I do value some positive aspects, like his active participation in protests and his disagreement with the government's treatment of migrants in the United States. He's also kind to his fans and has some iconic and funny moments, like when he got mad at the Argentinian audience for calling him "Gordo Mantecolero", poor thing :c Also when he recited a poem in Spanish and couldn't pronounce it right but seemed sweet, and many other moments on stage. My conclusion about him is that he's not the best person in the world, but his music is great and it's helped me through some tough times in my life, so I really appreciate it. 

Gustavo Cerati

Gustavo Cerati was an Argentine musician, singer, composer, and producer, considered one of the most influential artists in rock in spanish. He achieved international fame as the leader, vocalist, and guitarist of Soda Stereo, one of Latin America's most iconic groups. I've known Cerati since I was a child. I loved Soda's music and later became interested in his solo career. I have a great affection for him because of the nostalgia that listening to his music produces. The only thing I find strange is that, in his early days with Soda, he dated a 15-year-old girl and that his marriage to Cecilia ended due to infidelity on both sides. (As for the human bones in his house, I don't think they were his, since the date doesn't match the time he lived in that house.) It's a little sad knowing I'll never be able to meet him, but I hope wherever he is, he's well. 

Luis Alberto Spinetta

Luis Alberto Spinetta, nicknamed "El Flaco," was an Argentine musician, composer, poet, and guitarist, a pioneer of Argentine rock. His work is characterized by its lyrical depth, the fusion of genres such as rock, jazz, and tango, and his artistic and philosophical approach. I love his music, especially the albums "El Valle Interior" by Almendra and Spinettalandia y sus amigos (this entire album was written under the effects of LSD). I think he has a very cool style, and even in his old age he was incredible. He also died with Gustavo, but he left behind an interesting career.
