One time in 3rd grade I had a animal research project and I waited last minute to do it & my Mom sketched a panda for the art portion to help me on time. It was apparently so good the staff at school were blown away I won an award & even gave a speech in front of the whole school
They called me into the office they said they wanted to talk about my project I was so scared I got caught cheating because I didn’t paraphrase that paper well either on top of the art. I went to the bathroom and called my mom to cry before goin in but they were gassin me tf up !
Entire assembly for me and they gave me a shit ton of art supplies. I did paint over the sketch but me and my Mom felt really bad we just wanted a “C” and were scared they were gonna ask me to do another one.
I miss my mom everyday.
