Millennials, have any of you been successful at reinventing your style at 30+?

I’m getting tired of my style and want to make some major changes. It’s basically the short beard, polos and button ups, and whatever else helps me blend in with corporate America. I feel like I need to evolve my style as I feel like it’s stagnated. Have you been successful at overhauling your style?
