WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND SOMEONE, I DON'T CARE MUCH ON HOW THEY LOOK I CARE ABOUT THE WAY THEY ARE AND THEIR AGE (needs to be My age 12-13 or 14 if so)

I want someone sweet, Nice, that doesnt care about ALL MY PROBLEMS and just helps me with ALL OF THEM, i need someone who i can trust to make promises, someone that makes me love letters at random times or just Say "i love You" someone that can Match My same way of talking about adult stuff(if yk what i mean) and talk with me or so like i can't explain it it's gonna sound so weird
