trying not to freak myself out about school starting up

i did homeschool during covid and then again after a mental health thing, so i hardly know anything. i only this year have had my MULTIPLICATION tables down, only recently have locked in to understand division and i still need to teach myself pre-algebra and i know it'll be ok but i feel like im gonna be lost cause i hardly know the things i should've learned especially in mathhhh uhgg
