idk i just turned 17 like today... and i like havent properly dated anyone... not counting online relationships or 12 year old marriages or devastating wlw situationships...
like my world is literally surrounded by so many lesbians bu i cant bag one, nor can i imagine myself dating tbh...
the strongest situationships ive had have alwaays been with people who dont really want me, a guy who grew apart with me super fast from being superclose, a girl who literally was attached to me at the hip and literally wrote me love letters but disappeared from my life a little traumatically, some gross guy online who wanted me for my body lmfao... i could go on
ive had waaaaay more than my fair share of quiet crushes, gone thru my entire school atp... like seriously most of my friends pretty much and most classmates who r even slightly weird/queer/just not abt to bully or hatecrime me... weow i want a gf
maybe one day maybe not idek

i thought that same way, but when i turned 18 i finally got someone and I'm the only guy in a relationship in my whole group
I wouldn't worry about it there are a lot of people who dont have a relationship in your or my age. Its just the way gen z lives in, it sucks but you gotta push yourself if you want it.

be easy on urself!! a lot of people tend to get in relationships when they’re older to figure out what their boundaries are, how they’ll have be in a relationship, etc. take ur time with finding a partner, and give urself some grace!! someone out there is thinking of a person just like u I’m sure!!

it takes time :-) i'm 18 now and my last IRL relationship was when i was like 14. i've had plenty of situationships and short term online relationships but it doesn't hit the same. but i know it's only because i haven't found someone meant for me yet

Take it easy on urself! Things will work out in the end. I didn’t even have my FIRST relationship til I was 13 but I haven’t dated since I was 17. Trust time will come, in the meantime you can find things you can do to feel more comfortable/confident! Build new relationships, interest, etc. that’s was being 17 is all about in the end ^^
