My addictions

I don't know what to do anymore...Im damn SIXTEEN and I'm already addicted to alcohol and nicotine... But my life if so much calmer and better when Im on them, especially when drunk... I need to stop, I need to fuking stop, imma still smoke. But the alcohol is too much, I'm ruining myself.
