Hey there, following up on my previous blog entry here's all the art I did for artfight! (I don't think I'll be drawing more for artfight barring a revenge or two I got a mod project in the works I'm quite excited about.) All illustrations are made by me, but the characters are designed by the linked names in post (you will need an artfight account to view the links indicated by bold red text).

Digital Artworks
First off we have Anfroy by Julingram, a beautiful Fallen London OC! Beloved Anfroy!~ I love them and their mouseventures <3 I find the digital texture brushes with hatching fun in a way that other brushes simply aren't; it's gotta be due to the visual noise, I think.

Next we have a character a few more people might know though not quite as you know him, its Archemmet by esprei. A chimera of Archeops and Emmet born through time-space Arceus shenanigans-I found it compelling to create a scene where Emmet is observing the player invading their secluded residence at the ancient retreat. Personally I feel the composition could use some more work, but I'm happy to develop some scene/background
skills (make it first, make it good after type of beat).

Traditional Artworks
Moving forward we have some traditional attacks! I not so recently acquired some alcohol markers and acrylic paint markers so I was more than happy to practice using them this artfight and struggle with all the deficits of the traditional medium (the bleed -1 -1 -1) D:
The first traditional piece I did this artfight was for a anthropomorphic rat named aptly Leratio by gachabasta. I love the noise texture the markers make due ot the uneven absorption into the paper though as you can see my shapework with the darker colors ex: the scarf could use some work... An observation to apply for the future! (hopefully...)

Got into a groove with the traditional pieces, I'm simply more tactically engaged with the touch of paper. SO, next piece was for a Emi Dahut, a Touhou OC by CinnaWisteria. For such ambition I started a little small in terms of paper scale. If I were to do it again I would definitely have the final piece be at least 5-6 inches tall. The speckling on the arms is the accursed bleed showing from drawing the next piece on a separate piece of paper but forgetting to put a guard beneath ;;.

A piece I'm particularly proud of is this next piece of MD, a sona/pokemon oc by MdPikachu. Layering the piece was especially fun for me as it ended up being like a paper doll I could change the pose of by shifting the cut layers. The shiny foil beneath I had previously bought at Daiso (a super cool place for crafts you don't even remember until your there that sound interesting). The shine did make it a little annoying to photograph haha.

Next we have a double feature, both OCs by beloved friend daiwascarlet, named Lewis of the Church and Royter Crowley from left to right. They are, as I am told, in a relationship :3. I definitely want to get better at drawing multiple characters in a piece it was really fun (onto the skill backlog it goooes).

Last but not least we have Freya by fishfeet a (cat)girl with a huge love of MONEYYY!! Daiso had some of those funny zig zag scissors I used to see in old craft sets so I thought I'd use that for this one. The paint markers lay a little uneven as you can see by the white paint though part of that could be the smoothness of the copy paper (when it comes to smoothness not so ideal for paint more teeth on the paper means better grip of the absorbed liquid).

And that's all for now folks! Hope you enjoyed~
EDIT: AAAAAAAAAAAA the pictures didnt show and whats an art post without pictures!!
