I wrote him some poems but I'm embarrassed to send them so I'll do it here. (┬┬﹏┬┬):

I don't know how to express my feelings,

but I would write a thousand letters with your name on it,

as if each stroke on the paper could

touch your soul, even if I don't show my face.

I would draw you in ink on sleeping paper,

as if by writing to you I could touch your skin,

as if by naming you, the world would become simpler,

and my silence would no longer hurt.

I have no flowers, promises, or perfect verses,

only the desire to remain in your memory,

and that in each letter, like ancient secrets,

my love reaches you wrapped in history.

Because loving you out loud breaks me,

but in words I am brave and sincere,

and even if you never read them, what I hope for

is that you know that in each letter, I wait for you.

My lips silence what my heart cries out,

and my hands tremble when I imagine you,

because in each letter my ink invites,

a piece of this genuine love is hidden.

And if in the end they never reach your hands,

my letters will be ashes in the wind,

but you will have lived on in every thought,

and in every word. I loved you with all my years.
