hey luvs how many cups of water have you had today, if the awnser is 0-1/2 drink some bestie.
are you kindof thirsty but you just had some water, have some food and 1/4 a cup of water bestie.
if you are lightheaded drink some water and take a 1 hour rest. its worth it, trust me c:
