HII!! This is my first blog giving any tips of habits or smth, i js wanted to do this blog to see if ppl may have interest for this (⁠-⁠_⁠-⁠;⁠), so lets start with this blog.

May you can feel sad, have depression, or have these thoughts:

• *"Ugh, i cant do anything im so tired."*

• *"I feel lonely/sad/anxious."*

• *And maybe you can feel that your head's voices are a bit louder than before.*

*What can I do to avoid feeling this way? (⁠´⁠;⁠︵⁠;⁠`⁠)*

Feeling like you can do anything or you dont have energy may happen to everyone on your teenage times or adult time, its normal, you can feel however you want, but this can be harmful for your health or your mental health, so I can give you recommendations for feeling a bit better!

*TIPS:*

• *You need at least go to your yard, and take a bit of sun. Being with the phone will not help you sm. Or you can have a walk! You need to get some sun, it will help you for your "head's voices."

• *Have a bit of higiene: at least wash your hands everytime after your touch something, before eating and if you dont want/cant brush your teeth or take a bath, you can use wet towers and pass them all over your body.*

• *Remember to eat: please, remember to eat fruits, and vegetables. You can do a vegetable juice, I can recommend some of them, I ASSURE YOU ITS SO YUMMY! And eat foods of all colors! Most of the food its yellow or white. And be sure of eating 3/4 foods of the day: breakfast, lunch, breakfast at the afternoon (optional), and dinner!, PLZ AT LEAST EAT 3 OR 2 OF THESE FOODS.*

• *Foods to eat: 

EGG

 Grab some pot or kettle.

put the eggs or the egg. (with shell, and be careful not to break it!)

bring water to a boil and pour the water on the pot/kettle

add 2 or 1 spoonful of salt

Put the kettle/pot to boil until until it foams or bubbles A LOT.

dont break the egg when its warm, put the eggs with cold water and after, remove the shell!

VEGETABLE SMOOTHIE

Grab a blender, cucumber, green apple, and celery.

on the blender, put a lot of ice and put the cucumber, green apple, and celery (be sure that are cut)

Put on the blender until it makes ALL GREEN AND WITH NO ICE REMAINING.

grab a glass and put your smoothie.

RICE

Grab a pot and a pack of rice.

put the rice on another Tupperware and wash it, meanwhile put water on the pot and boil some water. (How to wash it: Put water un the ice and squeeze until the water turns white, do this many times with more water until after squeezing be almost clear, you can not wash it!)

put the rice on the boiling water and let it until it releases foam.

With a spoon, grba the rice and put it on a dish and enjoy!

SPAGHETTI

Grab a pot and a pack of spaghetti.

put water on the pot and let it boil, meanwhile open the spaghetti pack and, if your pot is too little, cut the spaghetti in half, you can do it with your hands.

put the spaghetti and let it boil until it bubbles too much or releases foam.

Yes, I realized they only make famous harassment blogs like the "putting your sexuality on your profile is weird" person

Exactly and it’s such a non-issue too! They need to put blogs like this on the forefront
