ED Thoughts

Negative and destructive thoughts are very present at the moment, especially when it comes to restrictions and attitudes toward the body.

At the moment, I hardly have any body awareness, but rather a constant feeling of numbness and detachment.

Some days I stuff myself with unhealthy food until I reach my calorie goal (currently 700 kcal per day), then other days I eat nothing.

Just vegetables, then a day of juice fasting.

This inconsistency annoys me, frustrates me, and needs to stop.

I have very specific plans again when it comes to weight and diets, I want to see that I can implement them, the current weight loss is not fast enough for me, it stagnates too often.
