Trying to make a superhero

I don't have a design for him yet buy I'm starting to figure out his backstory.

He's a WWII soldier who either got stung by a radioactive scorpion (Spider-man core) OR he managed to become sort of radioactive giving him powers (he can glow in the dark and can see in the dark, the only powers that I'm certain of atm). He is called the scorpion and there are many references to scorpions in his suit.

After whatever event that caused him to gain powers happened he goes AWOL from his army base and makes his suit (his mask from a gas mask and his outfit just parts of his army costume that he made more functional). Key parts of his suit are his mask and a sort of scorpion tail which has a "venom" when it stings someone. He also has bombs (grenades) on hand which he uses against notsees.

He isn't super fleshed out yet but I'm working on it. I'll post the finished product when it's all done.
