jojos bizarre adventure rohan ova rant

jojos bizarre adventure part four, diamond is unbreakable, is one of my favorite parts. the animation may not be the best, but the story line of that part is by far one of the best. i loved each character in their own way and thoroughly enjoyed the show. rohan is probably one of my favorite jojo characters. he is so funny, witty and crazy! plus his stand is so fucking op istg. and i also love david productions, they have made one of the most influential series come to life!! but, the rohan ova just was not it, and heres why.

1. the animation

the animation was the same animation as part five which didnt bother me very much. but it was the characters that had this animation. they did okuyasu and koichi so bad and its annoying. rohan looks so weird in that art style and i hate it!! and dont get me wrong, i like the style, it just does not fit these characters AT ALL!!! 

2. the storyline

yes, the stories rohan tells koichi are 'bizarre' but theyre just not it. like why tf did rohan get in a fight w a dude at a gym on the treadmill?? im still so confused on some of the stories and i just dont get it. 

3. timing

it has been 3 years and 4 months since golden wind came out. people have been waiting for jojos to be animated, and we are still waiting on part 6. what im trying to get at is they shouldve been working on the next part instead of an ova! personally, they shouldve put money into animating part 6 that people have been waiting years for! i just think the timing was way off and they shouldve at least waited until they had stone ocean animated to come out with it.

anyways thats the end of my rant. this entire thing just pissed me off so much and how they had the fucking NERVE! bye for now <33
