Watching this video inspired me to make this blog. I, like many of you probably do, have spent so much just consuming content for hours and hours on end. Deep down, we all know this is bad, but we keep on doing it. We can't just seem to stop. But, why? Why do we spend so much time on our devices? Has it always been like this? Has the internet gotten worse? Because I certainly don't recall spending so much time consuming content like I now do. It's honestly really shameful to just waste my time in stuff like this. I know this isn't good for me, but I keep doing it. I don't want to spend the rest of my life all like this. I want to break free.
So uh, if you're seeing this blog post, this is your sign. Wake up. Stop spending so much time consuming content! This is not good for any of us! Your phone (or whatever device that's distracting you) is really holding you back from life. So, just put it down! Don't let a damn item hold you back from living your life!
If you're bored one day and thinking "Oh, I don't know what else to do", just try to find something to do beside consuming content for hours! I know there's something you can do that doesn't need your device! Perhaps trying baking or some other hobby?
I think the reason why we're spending so much time consuming content is because we have too much free time. I mean, you wouldn't spend hours consuming content if you were actually doing things, right? So, I think the best advice I can give you is try to constantly find things that will keep you busy.
Oh and also feel free to drop any other suggestions for solutions to this problem. I want to create a space in which we can all grow, learn and help each other. So, uh, feel free to watch the video I linked. I hope you have an amazing day/night, and I really hope you break free from this whole mess. My thoughts are all over the place and messy, so I really hope you understand what I'm trying to say here. We can all do this, together! :]

kiko!
I started doing this thing where when I’m out of the house, I consider 50%, 0%. So when my phone is at 50%, I’m not allowed to use it. Then when I’m home, I’m not allowed to charge my phone. So when it dies, that’s it for the day. And I can only charge it when I’m going to bed!
