Hello User!
Have you ever seen a TikTok about Windows or some Nintendo Switch video, and some guy in the comments say "Just buy a Steam Deck" or "Just use Linux?"
50-70% of Steam Deck and/or Linux users always like to flex how they use the "superior" thing. It is really annoying for me and many other people on TikTok. :P
Linux does seem nice, but I choose to use Windows and debloat it because it is more simple and user-friendly. No, I will not type in 20 paragraphs of code just to open my Web Browser, as it is way too much just for a simple task.
It's also the same reason I choose not to use ChromeOS outside of school, as it is based off Linux, has less customization, and is only really useful for schoolwork.
As for Steam Deck, I own a basic ROG Ally, and it is as good as the Steam Deck, if not better. It is able to play every Steam game thanks to ROG Ally running on Windows, and the Steam Deck runs on SteamOS, which has limitations and has problems running some Steam games due to launcher restrictions.
And besides, nobody gives two fucks if you can emulate everything on a Steam Deck, you're just being annoying to traditional handheld users.
So how can we prevent toxic users who thinks their handheld or OS is better than yours?
Make your own choices, unless there are actually serious flaws.
If you are reading this, thank you for your time! ^_^

you've got it exaggerated a little; in recent years it's gotten much easier to use (like, usually a web browser is one keybind away, that or one button and then typing its name), but i understand wanting to keep windows. personally, when i first switched to linux, it was pretty hard to find ways to get back to what i was using before. wine works, i guess, but for me i just changed what programs i was using instead of trying to run windows programs on there. what i mean to say is, you're a little harsh against it, but i see no issue in staying on windows. what works works.
You are right, but all of my life I'm used to using Windows (more particularly Windows 10).
So I may be a little harsh against people who keep flexing Linux and Steam Decks when to me, they don't have much accessibility.
Thank you for commenting! ^ ^

As a Linux user, people are flexing it?? my friends make fun of me for using it lol, i never though there were Linux users out there actually being like that.
