My Personal Hot Takes (Please read all the way)

Hot Take #1. I support trans people. I do. But the trans people that say they were born the gender they're transitioning to..? No you're not.. If you were born a guy but you transitioned to girl, your sex is still M because that's what you were biologically born as. That's why they ask for Sex and Gender on most applications. Sex is what you were born as, what you biologically are and Gender is what you identify as. And it goes the same with people that believe they're animals. I don't mean a furry, therian, etc. but I mean people that fully believe that they were born an animal.. like the type of people that wanna have litter boxes in schools for their own personal use.

Hot Take #2. Biological men shouldn't be in women's restrooms, and biological women shouldn't be in men's restrooms if they still have their genitals. 1. Men shouldn't be in women's restrooms if they have their genitals because there are women with their children (probably girls) in there, and if I had a child, I wouldn't want that happening just because of the risks it entails. 2. Women shouldn't be in the men's restroom because there are fathers with their children (probably boys) in there and SA goes both ways. Women can SA men and boys just as men can SA women and girls. I don't believe the immediate answer is to put them in their biological restrooms, but I believe that there should indeed be a 3rd bathroom just in case for trans, non-binary, genderfluid, and especially intersex people because they have both genitals from birth if one of them isn't surgically removed.

Hot Take #3. I support pregnant teens (16+ because under that and they're not even the legal age of consent) but I don't support teen pregnancy culture. Most people say, "But that's the same thing!!" not it's not and I'll explain why. If a teen gets pregnant on accident, as in took precautions like condoms, birth control, even pulling out even if the man has a condom on, then you did what you could to prevent it but sadly it still happened and I'll support you because you weren't purposely/irresponsibly pregnant. And even if they were, if both teens prove that they can emotionally handle a child, and their jobs would be able to support the child, and if they're happy about it, then hell yeah go and have that baby. At the end of the day, who is it really hurting? If they can prove to handle and provide for the baby, and if they're happy, then let themĀ  be. However, I don't support the culture of teen pregnancy. I won't go parading encouraging every teenager to get pregnant and I won't support every teen that does get pregnant. If a teen is irresponsible about sex and just leaves it up to chance although they aren't ready for a child and can't afford one, then no, I won't support you and your pregnancy. But that's also a grey area because if they shape up, get a job to support the baby, and take proper classes to learn how to handle a baby, then I'll support the journey. But the teens that do nothing and just say "I'll just put it up for adoption, I don't care what happens lol." ultimately it's up to you but the adoption/foster care system is the worst route for a child and I won't support you through it. And for the people saying "Well, they're teenagers, they shouldn't be having sex anyways!!" We're in our most hormonal stage of life, use your brain, we're probably going to have sex.

BIGGEST HOT TAKE, Hot Take #4. Abortion is NOT murder. If abortion was murder it never would've been a medical practice to begin with. Logistics show that most women who get abortions do it while It's not a fetus, they get abortions when there are no organs (heart, brain, lungs, etc.) and organs are what make us living people, so if they don't have organs then they can't be classified as people. And logistics show that if women do get abortions after that, when it does have organs, then it's because the mother and baby will die if she tries to carry it to term. Pro-Life, I believe should be about preventing death but I've seen a lot of Pro-Life people say that a medical reason like that "Isn't good enough to support an abortion." although it indeed is because both the mother and baby will die. As messed up as it is, if I were in that position, I would indeed abort the baby because at the end of the day, if I even wanted another kid after that experience, then I could have one or adopt one. However the people that get adoptions left and right as if it's birth control, there should be a count of how many you've had because then that's probably not responsible usage of abortions.

I'll list examples of people that should be able to have abortions no matter what.

-If the mother and baby will die carrying to term: I explained this above however I'm still going to include it in the list. Pro-life is about supporting life and preventing death as much as we can as people. A mother should never be forced to carry to term if it'll kill her, especially not if it'll kill her baby too.

-If they're under 16: They aren't even the age of consent, they shouldn't be having a baby.

-If the woman got pregnant because of rape: Statistics show that babies made from rape are more likely to get abused, murdered by the mother, neglected, etc. And the reasoning is because how can you love something that came from someone that robbed you of choice? How can you love a baby that came from such a dark situation? Yes some people can learn to, but if they want to abort the baby because they know they can't, then ultimately its probably safer for them.

-If the baby is a result of incest: The title should be enough to understand the reasoning. If a father gets his daughter pregnant and she cant get an abortion, then she'd be giving birth to her son/brother and that doesn't even remotely sound right. Imagine the bullying the kid would go through if people found that out too? And imagine how much family would be repulsed by the kid, it wouldn't be a good situation for anyone. Not the mom, the child, or the family.

People shouldn't be focused on abortion the way they are and most people use their religion as the excuse which isn't a valid argument because there's a law that separates State and Religion, granted our government isn't following it because most of the arguments is religion, but its still in place. We should really be focused on the foster care/adoption system. Over 400,000 kids are in foster care and statistics show that most kids in foster care go through rape, molestation, abuse, neglect, killed, going missing, and sometimes kids go through more than 1 at a time, they'll go through several of these. My best friend was in foster care and was put in several abusive homes and anytime they tried to reach out to CPS the foster parents always said that my friend was just "acting out" and it was always believed. My biological father was abusive and CPS did nothing even with evidence because he made up excuses. We need to worry about the adoption/foster care system before even GRAING abortion laws. Women should have their own each individual practice and opinions of it. And I've noticed a lot of people use the argument of "The father has a say!!" And that's very grey area to enter. Yes, because that would be his child. But also no, because the mother has to take the medicine (prenatal vitamins, normal vitamins, and any other medicine the doctor prescribes.), the mother has to deal with the bodily changed, the mother has to deal with all the physical pain of carrying a baby for 9 entire months, the mother has to have her vagina tore open during pregnancy (in some pregnancies the skin that separates the anus and the vagina has also been known to tear apart completely), the father doesn't have to deal with swollen/sensitive/tender breasts, the father doesn't have to deal with breastfeeding. So ultimately the mother does indeed have the final decision because if the father doesn't agree, he can either wait until the woman is ready to have a baby, find a surrogate, or find another woman that will give him a child. I'm honestly quite sad that this is even a Hot Take to begin with, this is mainly about opinion and shouldn't be brought into law at all, we all have our own rights to our own bodies and we can decide what we want to do with them..

Hot Take #5. Adriana Smith should've been left alone after being pronounced brain dead. For the people who don't know who she is, Adriana Smith was a nurse at a hospital and died while pregnant, pronounced brain dead and everything, but the same hospital she worked at was located in a state (Georgia) which didn't allow abortions after 6 weeks, so as a result, they kept her on life support against her dying wishes and her own families wishes. She was used as a human experiment and the only reason she was taken off life support was because her body started ROTTING and collapsing on itself which forced doctors to preform an emergency C-Section on her rotting corpse. I'm glad the baby (Chance) was alive, but she didn't give birth to that baby or deliver it by any means. The families wishes, her dying wishes, and her bodily rights were violated from the moment they decided to keep her body on life support. She should've never been put on life support, and the craziest thing, the parents/family was FORCED to pay the hospital bill although they didn't want her on life support. This should be illegal as fuck, this is absolutely disgusting. She absolutely did NOT deliver that baby, and doctors even stated that the baby had a low chance of even surviving but they did it anyways. So far the baby seems to be okay, and it should make a successful recovery however before the baby was removed from her rotting body, they were sure it wouldn't live. The families wishes should've been respected as well as Adriana's dying wishes. R.I.P Adriana Smith.

If you've made it this far, thank you so much for reading everything, if you have further questions please do ask in the comments and please don't be rude about it and don't be rude to anyone who might happen to agree. I'll answer any questions that I can, hope you have a great day/night! <3

Personally another take related to the first one I have is: you should have the right to purposely misgender a "trans" person if they're just transitioning to get to the people who have same-sex attraction (like how Chris Chan did) because THAT isn't valid

Absolutely, because the numbers of people using the excuse of being Transgender to be in the same bathroom as the gender they have attraction to has sky rocketed because nobody will speak against it and they're using it to their advantage. Sure not everyone is like that, but there's so many people doing it that it's actually disgusting.
