SpaceHey Customization Dreams/Progress

Making myself a profile here has been a really rewarding process since I have the ability to make my profile super customized to my liking! It's been a good opportunity to learn and get some experience with HTML which I think generally is a good skill to have.

I think as easy as it'd be for me to look around and just copy and paste someone else's HTML onto my profile and fiddle around with things from there but I really want to try my hand at building things from the ground up

One of the first thing I knew I wanted to add was the Artfight ad from my toyhouse.

It was SUPER difficult to get it figured out; after a bit of searching around on forums and a little help from inspect-element on Newgrounds, I found out that what I got wrong was a variety of things ranging from the HTML being formatted incorrectly, SpaceHey not supporting the form of HTML I was trying to use to get the gif to show, and the link for the source file not working. 

Next thing I want to do is see if I can fiddle with the colors of the website like this

I know it's just a simple color change of the standard interface but I think it be a good place to start for me; when I can--or when I find the motivation--I going to try to look around for online sources to try to achieve it.

I don't really know what the limitations are here about sounds but one thing I really like the idea of is having a sound effect that plays whenever something is clicked. Like I think it'd be fun if this sound played on click. I've seen other users have music play on their sites though I don't think I'd want music to play on mine, but I know that at least means that playing audio is possible!

Lastly, I think it'd be super cool to make a custom cursor for the website since it's something I've seen other users do. I could probably illustrate a cursor to look like Brick's claw (Brick is the character in my profile picture). Just thought it be a fun addition!
