I'm at a loss to explain these feelings I get. Like that one feeling when you hear a certain song or a certain movie that gets brought up, and you get hit with this strange feeling. I get this feeling when Outlander gets brought up. I don't know and can't explain what that show did to me. Or when I see something that looks so ethereal and I just want to sit there and watch. Sometimes I'll be having a conversation or when I'm alone at night, and it'll feel like this wave just came over me and drowned me in the sea of existential dread and sorrow. I know I'm not explaining it right. When I was in therapy, I would always think about bringing it up. I want to explain it more, but I can't. I can't find the words. I just wish I could understand them.
