Hello you guys
Good day today, I completely gave up waking up early since i'm saving the exercise for the late afternoon, so I'm back to waking up around 7-8. I went to the convenience store to get some grub since IM RUNNING OUT OF FOOD, gotta show up by the supermarket this week or I am beyond cooked. I got a konbini chicken-egg sando (that's a sandwitch with chicken and eggs) and some eggs to fry for the next couple of days before i can go to the supermarket again.
Ate that grub while looking at hair ideas on pinterest, I kinda realised simply growing it does not mean it will automaticaly look good, i don't even have products cause most of the stuff you find at drug stores here are fot japanese hair (black and straight, probably 1A), and mine IS NOT like that.
I already invested in a hair drier so i don't just scrub the hell out of it like I did most of my life, as well as some conditioner ( YES I DIDNT USE CONDITIONER B4, LEAVE ME ALONE )... now idk, just gotta wait and see I guess. I just gotta be carefull about consuming these videos on hair, clothes and etc cause i am not looking forward to falling in the alt right manosphere pipeline again, I can't believe i was a hamza fan dude, 14y me was such an asshat.
ANYWAY i cooked some lunch and went to class, nothing special today but i got a test tmr [Im going to kms :) ] So i have yet to sit my ass down and study. after class i treated myself to some donuts and coffee before heading out to train.
ran 4km in half an hour, 7.20 pace, i wanted 7. also after that i went to the calisthenics spot close to the place i've been running (it took a long time to get there, since i was walking there basically. I wanted to do deadhangs to eventualy FINALLY be able to do pushups, that's like a childhood dream of mine. when i got there, a guy was already wornking out and he was doing FULL PUSHUPS, NOT EVEN CHIN UPS. i felt like a worm next to that guy, i did deadhangs a couple of times, nothing to crazy cause i literally do not have the strenght to do allat, the first time was ok, but i could barely keep the position for 5 seconds the next attempts.
i was pretty bummed after that, specially cause i had to walk a long time too (i left home 18:00, ran for half an hour, yet got here 20:05) but on the way some dog was REALLY exited to see me (probably cause of whatever hormones and enzymes were coming off of me from the exercise) and he was really cute, i remembered my dog, i miss him, he probably does not miss me tho, that little asshole.
i wanted to do pushups and stuff but im too weak now, maybe I should do the exercises first, go to the calisthenics place, do the deadhangs, and THEN run, that's probably the best for me time wise, and for the fact that i will actually get exercises done if I do that.
now i just gotta stretch a litle so i don't get cramps at night, shower and I think that might be it, then it's eating time :D then its study time D:
Sorry if i'm going on and on about my fitness life in these blogs, but you guys gotta understad, that is the only interesting thing happening to me rn, if i don't work i will either goon (4 days clean btw) or KMS.... being lonely and bored is a heck of a combo.
Anyway, i got to shower before i get too lazy to do it, cya
