I recommend The Nightmare Before Christmas: Ooogie’s Revenge, Destroy All Humans 1+2, Ghost Rider (God Of War clone but Ghost Rider), and any of the Splinter Cell games.
i would say 50 Cent: Bulletproof because is the most 2000s game ever (well, for me), came out at the very peak and craze of shooter games and gangsta hip-hop music of that era, other option could be Grand Theft Auto III for the dark, eerie, gloomy 2000s atmosphere that the game have compared to the later games of the saga
