how I MET TIM DELAUGHTER OF TRIPPING DAISY!!

genuinely had the most unexpected experience last night chat  they were coming to a venue that was 19+ and my friend had been dming the band's team quite a while before the day of the show to see if they could get us in with a black X on our hands or a lanyard or something so we aren't served alcohol.. 

so the day of the show we chill on the same street of the venue while we wait and see if the team member she was dming could find a way to let us in, mind you this person was ROOTING for us to see this show, messaging us with updates and being so kind to us!!!!

while *nonchalantly* walking by the venue we see THEEE Tim Delaughter.. (vocalist of tripping daisy) and are too scared to talk to him we were tweaking on a far away bench for while SIGH @cheerio4000, anyway, we are losing hope at this point because tripping daisy starts performing soon and we haven't gotten any confirmation that we can go in, so we wait while crashing out about this missed opportunity 

After a bit the bouncers finally tell us they talked to their manager and, understandably, they couldn't let us in, HOWEVERRR! Another of the band's team members offers us the chance to meet Tim and get signed free merch at the end of the show *GASP* and on top of that we circle to the back of the building and find an abandoned back door where you could hear the band playing PRETTY WELLLL, so we're dancing and vibing and singing along like we're in there (next to some dookie)!! 

After allat and more waiting we finally meet bro.. and hes so sweet and apologetic ཀ ʖ̯ ཀ he gave us hugs that could cure a mental illness and asked abt our fav record, we each got a shirt and a signed poster and a group selfie ^_^ anyway moral of the story is never give up and be rewarded YAYY the end.
