The Pygmy Kingfisher theory 

During July 2003 there was a disappearance of a local student, Lindsey Morgan, who was last seen hiking around pygmy kingfisher woodland park.

officials searched across part of the park finding nothing that would decipher what could've happened to Mrs Morgan.

Lindsey Morgan has forever remained missing until January 2004, A decaying severed foot would have been pulled out of Willingmeda River by a English shepherd then taken across to near apartment buildings eventually been dropped on lawn once the owner yelled at the shepherds to come back inside.

The severed foot would be spotted only a hour later by a anonymous source immediately calling it in

Officer Raymond blank would receive this called as noted for a later interview “the woman was quite frightened. Her voice shaky and all that. I told her was she sure if the foot was real, stating it could've been just some halogens trying to mess with her however I finding out she wasn't wrong.”

The foot would immediately be taken to officer and tested. By January 21st 2004 only a week after the foot was found
