ps2-era survival horror ♡

might as well start this off with something i've been focusing on a lot lately, i work at a used game/movie/etc store and luckily i get a pretty good discount so when rare survival horror stuff comes in i snag it up if my bank account permits. it started in probably june of last year when i started getting really into silent hill, now i'm at the point where i own almost every game in that franchise in their rarest forms besides a small handful. within the last couple weeks i've picked up siren (forbidden siren), re4, and fatal frame for ps2, and yeah the ps2 version of re4 isn't the best but for the sake of the collection i picked it up for like $10. i also own a bunch of ports of re4 - gamecube, ps2, ps4, pc, wii... i also own the remake on every main platform except i guess iphone/mac but honestly, why would i play it there?

as for silent hill i have black label sh1/2/3/4, origins, homecoming on 360 and ps3 and the hd collection on ps3. i also have greatest hits sh2 for ps2 as well as platinum hits sh2 for og xbox. i can definitely post a picture of all of my silent hill stuff if anyone wants ^-^ i also have a few other random things like a halo of the sun blanket, a few hats, the soundtrack to the first game on nice red vinyl... 

for game collecting in general i've been logging all of my stuff on gameye which has been really helpful since it has integration with pricecharting so it gives me an accurate worth for all my stuff as long as i log the condition correctly. most of my stuff is cib and if not i try to get whatever is missing, but all of my rarest stuff is always cib since i'm sure as hell not spending that kind of money on an incomplete game.

i just set this profile up today, and it's 6 am now... i will be sleeping... zzz
