the first semester of another school year is fast approaching and im honestly not ready. like at all. BUT i do want to make a promise for myself to not wallow in sadness and isolate myself like i am prone to doing. i have missed out a lot of milestones or just events in general just bc im lazy. i absolutely have the time, the money, all that, but i just can't be bothered getting out of my bed oh my god. my freshman year was a total bust because of that. so anyway, i figure i change some things. of course courseworks will still be a priority, but if i get invited and i have the time, then why the fuck not?
to all ppl starting uni/college soon, take it easy yk? don't be like those ppl that instantly get serious. do ur works but have ur fun as well. ur freshman year would probably have the least workloads anyway. don't be lazy, have fun, and don't overwhelm urself. u have like 3 more years (generally), they say it would be over before u know it.

I totally get that. I was stuck in a place exactly like that this time last year. Im doing all college classes with dual enrollment for my senior year, so i guess im sort of going into college. im also just still in high school. im excited for all the freedoms im gonna have.
if ur moving out, the freedom is a drug. ur on ur own which is sick but also u gotta eat and like take care of yourself. not so fun when ur also drowning in courseworks and just mental health stuff. im still trying to find a balance in responsibilities and having fun. at least now u can see what it can be like when u actually start college. helpful in terms of practicing time management and stuff.
