Transforming jeans to skirt

Since i started selling on vinted, my "passion for fashion" ;) has come back, i have already resized my jeans, and i LOVE them, i just need to buy thread to sew the pockets back. 

I'm currently creating pleats for the skirt, lets see how long i take, since i procrastinate ALOT
