If you want to upload pictures on a blog post, try an image hosting site like imgbb! When you have the image on your computer/phone, you can upload it onto the site and it will give you a link to copy- Then, when making the blog post, click the "insert link" button (Little chain icon next to the eraser) and paste the link the site gave you into the spot that says "URL." That way, when you publish the post, anyone who clicks the link will be taken to the image hosting site to see your drawings! This should work on bulletins, too, if you want something more temporary, or you can adjust the autodelete settings on the site. Let me know if this doesn't make sense I'm pretty bad at explaining myself lmao.
