I knew getting my first job wouldn't be a stress-free experience but my god

I've been struggling to upload something to this website all week, it just won't let me do it. I've finished waiting for all the emails and I've filled out all the forms and this is literally the only thing left I need to do before my Welcome Meeting and I can't do it. And they're saying that I can just bring my documents in and they'll upload it for me and like ?? wouldn't that have been easier to do that in the first place ??

If they had scanned my documents at my first interview they could've just uploaded it after I got hired + they could've made sure I have the right stuff before they spent any time on me. they could also do it during my Welcome Meeting because I have to bring my documents anyway and thats what they did for my other siblings that worked there. 

It's just so annoying and stressful because they're turning away people who don't have it done and people have warned me away from the only other place in my town that will hire a minor with no experience.
