why cant i focus on a interest?

i genuinally cant focus on a interest or make something my whole personallity for more than a day now, seriously it fucking sucks, like i was a HUGE HUUUUGE fan of danganronpa and that interest lasted MONTHS, litterally, same with splatoon, and now, the closest i even got to that for a little while was the law of talos and your turn to die(the your turn to die one lasted longer and was before law of talos/endzone) WHYYYY CANT I JUST LIKE ONE THING FOR A LONG AMMOUNT OF TIME AAAAAA
