Been dieting for about 2 weeks now

I've already lost some weight! I'm hoping to get back to my pre-covid weight by the early spring. I'm feeling less sluggish at work as well, which is nice, although I do find myself getting more irritable toward the end of my shift. Keeping the weight off will be the real challenge, I think. A nice healthy sustainable diet to suit my lifestyle can be a chore, but I'm staying positive. :)
