Tired of Artfight

I've noticed something about artfight that's seriously annoying. Ppl are either getting  attacked so much they can't revenge, or they're not getting any attacks at all. I've seen ppl getting hundreds of attacks, whole others wait all month and don't even receive one. Its kind of a problem, and I have no idea how they'd resolve something like that...
