What's been on my mind for a while is how not enough attention is given to Ms. Grimshaw (Susan)'s final stand against Dutch and Micah. Ms. Grimshaw was very much the house-keeper of the gang and their camps. With every new move she was the uhaul and conductor of the gangs transportation, even until the final bit of the game where Micah is directing the responsibility of packing up to Ms. Grimshaw (presumably north of Beaver Hollow?). In my opinion, she cared the most about the gangs survival, especially that of the women. Between her and Dutch, she ultimately in my opinion showed more dedication to their survival as Dutch burned the gang to the ground (literally, as the camp burns in the retrieve the money endings) over a rat.
I will acknowledge that Sadie, helping rescue Abigail, was also with Arthur, but not present in the camp. I think we can assume that if they had survived, Lenny, Sean, Kieran, and most likely Hosea (his death would have spared Dutch from Micah's influence anyway) would have sided with Arthur. To add, I think Javier would have sided with Arthur aswell had those characters previously mentioned survived. I think Javiers desicion to ultimately side with Dutch was both from 1. A place of blind loyalty, but also 2. from a place of fear. He wasn't confident enough to side with two practically dying men (considering John was shot). At this point Javier still saw Arthur and John as his brothers, despite his change in attitude towards them in Chapter 6. I think this is clear in his hesitation to aim his firearm at the pair. He was in two minds.
Apart from the theoreticals, Arthur's alliance at Beaver Hollow consisted of him, John, and Susan. Micah likely shot Susan because he believed if she was willing to shoot Molly on site in the same chapter, she had an itchy trigger enough to do the same to him. She saw clearly what Dutch didn't see until Arthur is pleading to him before death , that Micah Bell's manipulation had torn the gang apart.
I've collected some of these thoughts from reading others input on Chapter 6, and I thought it was a good idea to piece them together. I haven't seen too many RDR2 fans on this site (that or I haven't looked around hard enough) so if you took your time to read this or if this interested you in the games then thank you :).

Ugh I was writing out a whole paragraph and my heyspace glitched
️ anyways it’s genuinely a shame how under-appreciated Grimshaw is when she is such an integral member of the camp, she literally keeps everything together. She’s one of the most important cogwheels keeping the others moving.
Also Javiers stance in the end is so sad because it’s obvious that he’s in an internal conflict with Dutch’s actions (chapter 6) and keeping loyal to him. Javier was very susceptible to Dutch’s manipulation because he saved him and was such a charming character who had many speeches about “freedom” which had drawn in Javier who was fighting the injustice going on in the country. Not a big fan of Grimshaw but she is awesome.
What do u think of the Guarma complaints btw? I mean the people who say that we should’ve gotten to explore Guarma and don’t understand that Guarma was literally Tahiti…
