july 16/25 intro. - 12:15pm (holy shit it's my birthday!!!!!)

i realized i've never gotten the chance to introduce myself.

hi! my name is mia lauren bretania (honestly just call me mia because lauren is a second name filipino parents add to make my name long af).

i'm based in edmonton canada, and i am finally 23 years old! i recently graduated from the university of alberta with a bachelor of arts degree in film studies and arts and design, with a minor in music. i love hanging out with my dogs, drinking iced matcha lattes, and most of the time i am chronically online to find inspiration (but really i should move in action instead of being missing in action -- ahaha M.I.A = missing in action? no? okay). 

when i'm not at work, usually i like to either work on becoming a multimedia artist and make a portfolio called aimvisualz (which is basically getting into drawing, photography, filming, editorials with having the intention to create and achieve my certain desires), sometimes i DJ with Djaypro on my iPad/the pioneer rev1 dj deck and try to produce music, even though i have the worst creative block when it comes to this and i like to hang out with my friends. i've been working on getting into reading and writing so that's that. with all of this, i do have a youtube channel so you can check that out when you search "Mia Bretania".

using this space to write and blog here is so cool :3 i feel like i'm in 2010. it feels really nostalgic and honestly, i'm going to try to be on this blog once in a while to write out what's on my mind, 'cause quite frankly, being on instagram can get overstimulating when people are watching what i'm up to. eventually people are going to find this, so i might as well write out what's been on my mind and write it specifically for me and for those who can relate. today i'm probably going out for bowling with my friends, july 18: my friend and i are hosting a victorian themed party (pray to god i can fit in my corset for this friday) and july 19: the weeknd comes to edmonton (i wish playboi carti were here in canada but he can't come *sigh*).

oh well, this week is going to be eventful!! 

i will say that i can't wait to see what happens next on this.
