☂︎ Thoughts on the Critique

This is the time when people is most connected virtually but not spiritually. When common sense does apply to anyone but ourselves. Critic minds are now locked in cages of silence. It is the time when freedom of speech is considered a treason to life itself. Ideals and fantasies drive people like sheep to the wolf’s mouth. They sustain an unsustainable system where they take part as gears, slowly breaking and getting rust without even noticing.

Societies are created, they grow, progress, have their own history… and then… They collapse. Collapse induced by social tension, economic depression, war, unsolvable conflicts, analphabetism…

There is people still fighting for an already dead war, they want to destroy their enemy, but they don’t know who is it. They fight for a “better tomorrow” but don’t understand it fully. They live in a constant state of defense and instead of using self-criticism, the one wrong is always the other person.

When, where and why do people stopped thinking like a true mind should think, and not being driven by shadows like in Plato’s cave, convinced of everything they are told. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD does not knowledge and wisdom come from the critique and by assuming self doubt? In my language there is a saying: “Rectificar es de sabios”. “It is of wise people to rectify”. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW, be afraid of not asking yourself if what you believe is false or wrong, or else you will end up following shadows.
