so idk if this is a mushroom or fungus so I'll just call it a mushroom for convenience...
it's been over 90% humidity for a few weeks now and the room my plants are in has no ventilation or AC... so it's hot and humid, perfect for mushrooms/mold/fungi.
Anyway, this lil guy popped up out of no where literally over night. Was not there yesterday, but when I checked today *boom* mushroom.
Can anyone identify what this is exactly?

I removed the mushroom from the pot and got rid of the top layer of soil and any roots i found that weren't part of the actual plants in there. I also drizzled some white distilled vinegar on the soil to hopefully kill any remaining mushrooms trying to grow. I was worried that it might hurt my plants which is why I removed it.

Soil after the growth was removed.
Can anyone tell me about this mushroom thing and let me know if it's harmful to my plants or at least what it is?
Unfortunately I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow so if the mushrooms come back then I can't do anything about it until 2 weeks.

UPDATE: I've figured it out! The mushroom is not a mushroom, but rather a fungus. Saprophytic Fungus to be exact. It starts growing in soil that is too damp and has decaying matter in it like dead leaves. Poor air circulations and humidity is also a factor.
I came across this fungus many times in my research but they all showed photos of it in later stages of growth, where the spores looked more fuzzy and yellow. When I first spotted them in my soil, they were white and not fuzzy. That's why I thought it couldn't be saprophytic fungus for so long.
