what da freak(post emmy nominations yap)

so i stayed up and waited live last night for the nominations to drop and i was so pissed i didn't even bother to write something. 

im not entirely pissed. severance and the studio absolutely cooked, 27 and 23 nominations respectively is insane. i knew they were gonna be everywhere, they were incredible shows. also i'm extremely happy for kathryn hahn with her nomination for supporting actress in the studio, like thats my girl!

however. i am pissed still. agatha all along got like 4 noms, and yea, they never take marvel seriously, but kathryn should of been nominated for lead actress. the character means so much to her, she truly acted her ass off. 

also incredibly annoyed with the 0 yellowjackets nominations. ok, does a majority of the fandom think it was one of the weaker seasons? yes. but i truly thought if sophie thatcher or melanie lynskey didn't get nominated, then at the very least the obvious attempt to sway critics(cough cough hillary swank) would of received a nomination. i know that the lack of nominations isn't going to effect the show, showtime doesn't have that many ips other than what, dexter? and the streaming numbers are high, but it still would of been fun to see it nominated for something once.

anyways, still gonna watch the emmys, gotta watch the studio and severance sweep as they should.
