need some help decorating my neocities web !!!

so i ended up using help w layouts, but I still want to change the aesthetic and adding decorations and stuff, but i want to know if i should keep the same vibe going on for every page i make, or just different ones for each one

for example my blog has kind of a gothic vibe, so should i keep it all goth related, or just other stuff?? help me out plz ><
