There are nights when everything feels too loud.. even in the silence.
The world outside is still, but inside? Your thoughts pace the room like a cat looking for the right corner to rest in.
That’s when I started putting together something I didn’t know I needed:
A playlist filled with mellow lo-fi chillhop, soft jazz textures, and slow, instrumental beats.
It’s perfect for studying, house chores, or those late-night focus sessions when you need something calm to wrap around your thoughts.
I named it Lo-Fi Chill Session, a 90-minute soundscape with no lyrics, just cozy beats that melt into the background.
Some of the tracks are mine (I produce music under Monday Night Book Club), but most come from indie, underground artists with small followings and big heart.
It’s the kind of playlist built for slow mornings, quiet evenings, or whenever you’re in your own little world.
You could call it lofi chillhop jazz fusion, or just call it a vibe.
Either way, it’s a little hidden gem I wish someone handed me sooner.
If you're the kind of person who walks your dog with earbuds in, or washes the dishes while daydreaming about side quests you’ll never finish;
This might be your thing.
Save it and give it a listen sometime: Lo-Fi Chill Session on Spotify
No pressure. Just press play when the moment calls.
P.S. I’ll be adding more songs into the playlist from time to time, so it’ll keep evolving as new hidden gems find their way in.
