So the character is a black tall muscular man in his late twenties with a gang violence past that still haunts him. He is a drug addict, and his life is in shambles, struggling to see a future for himself. He is found at a party he manly attended just for the drugs.
But I've been struggling with the way of dressing of this character.
All ideas will be apreciated, thank you

I feel like your character would wear cheap clothes and be generally messy. you can also give him a color pallet which will makes things easier for you!
Whenever I look for cheap clothes I just get bombardied with online stores and offers. Do you know any stereotipical cheap clothing?

thrift store clothes and some extremely fast fashion cheap brands like Walmart or something

sometimes i go into shops or look at online stores that i think the character would choose to go to (cause its cheap,expensive,alt,basic,comfy,etc) and browse as the character to get a realistic idea of what theyd want to wear.
This way you dont get characters who are practical and not super flashy wearing uncomfortable shoes and tons of accessories and stuff.
You can do the same kind of thing with Pinterest and stuff.
Another idea is finding characters that remind you of your oc and taking inspiration from them
