barista training so far

i'm two days in and here's what the hell happened

day 1: cleaning the brewing machine, how to use it and helping out with brewing

so basically they taught me how to thoroughly clean the machine and like what each cloth was supposed to clean, how to clean the tools and the copy of the ingredients which i'm still learning. and then i fucked up a shit ton on brewing but eventually made a few perfect shots which was amazing i felt really hot /j and then i helped serve the drinks which i wasnt really anxious about since i was used to customer service (participated in school booths and events a couple times) and it's mostly because it's not that hard to be fucking nice to people. 

they also had me make a few drinks by instructing me which was actually fun (not rush hours) and i wanted to get good at it.

day 2: mixing, serving, cleaning, waffles!

they taught me how to make the waffle mixes, log inventory, oil the pan machines and i made a few drinks with only the help of the recipes. i'm like eagerly mentally noting every little thing they say it's fun learning. 

also they gave me the apron it looked so fucking silly on me dude it was TOO big and i'm 5'1 sobs 
anyway the day ended for me at around 7pm it was amaazinggng but its tiring as fuck since i have school the next morning and the ride from there to my house is an hour and 10 mins

im thinking of doing a mitsuki koga barista fit LMAOO my height's not gonna cut it (the pretty girls who order make me lose aura with my lack of style man i js wanna impress them /lh)
