The Early Blurb 16

Good morning!

This weekend was pretty good but very busy. I helped my mom reorganize her closet and my best friend spent the night. The night after that we went bridesmaid dress shopping with a couple other friends for her wedding, but we chose a dress pretty fast so that only took like 30ish minutes. So we ended up getting some mexican food and hanging out. It was nice.

My only real complaint of the weekend is something that always irks me when she spends the night. She sleeps in my room and we use a blowup mattress for her to sleep on, but its been years now and she still doesn't know where everything goes. I give her the blanket that is usually folded at the end of my bed, and at best she stuffs it into my bedframe shelves with the other stuff she sleeps with. It's been like, at least three years now since she's started sleeping over and for the life of me I do not understand why she doesn't put any of my shit away. I mean, come ON dude, it's not that hard. I can't even get her to put the air mattress away without me asking, because I've just automatically done it for so long. But its irking me so much. I could understand the first couple of times she spent the night, we were on a much more strict schedule most times because we were both teenagers, but fuck dude. We're both grown ass adults. I shouldn't be having to clean up after her. She just plots down all the pillows I let her use and leaves. 

I don't know if I'm just complaining without any grounds for it, maybe I am, but I'll be damned if I have to re-situate all of my bedding before I go to sleep at night after she spends the night. Because recently she's been doing sunday-monday, which means I have to resituate all of the bullshit before I have to wake up early for work the next morning. Pisses me off.

The only problem is I have no idea how to talk about it. How to mention it or get her to do anything, I guess. I don't know. It just makes me mad. Anyway, no sense in worrying about it now that she's home and I have my bed and floor back.

Just needed to rant this morning I guess. I'll see y'all tomorrow morning.
