blind as a bat

its raining hard as hell outside right now and my dog likes to jump on my door to get in because she gets scared of the thunder. so of course i let her in and i'm like well i'll just get ready for bed and she can sleep in my floor for the night. i go to wash my face and brush my teeth and take my contacts out and get in bed while my dog lays on the floor and not 2 SECONDS LATER she opens my door and goes and sits in the hallway :/

so now i'm blind typing this with my face a couple inches away from the screen because i got ready for bed just so that she could sleep in my room and i wouldnt be on my laptop because i didnt want there to be any light showing in the hallway (door was cracked so she wouldnt be trapped in here) like im not even tired now

and youre probably wondering "why cant this bitch just wear glasses" because i LOST THEM (crying emoji) and my prescription is so bad it makes my eyes tiny so theres no way i'm ever going to wear glasses in public so whats the point in getting new ones
