¿?Piercings

Recently one of my piercings fell and the hole its already closed (one of my snake bites) so I will have to go to my piercing studio again to re-do it, it's a familiar place to me and they also give discounts if you get more than one piercing (up to three for 25€ which is quite good) so I'll probably get my lip re-done but I'm still thinking what else to get.

Any recommendations? (I already have some on my ears but if I don't know which to get I'll pierce my ears more again)
