Fever Dream Consciousness

Theres currently a sweat stain in the shape of my body on my mattress cause my brain is genuinely trying to kill me. The last 3-4 weeks particularly I have been absolutely plagued by the craziest dreams that seem to never be the same or have a correlation with each other, other than the fact that they #suck. If anyone has any dream suppressant tips, lmk !!! <3
