i kinda want to redo my layout....but i'm not sure

i want to redo my layout but i'm not sure its worth it, it took my a really long time to do what i have now but since i know more about it i would be able to do it better and probably make it easier to read and stuff like that. but my main problem is that i only really code on my moms laptop (i'm on it right now) but i can only be on it when shes not home, meaning i would probably need to do it in little sections which would in turn mean that for a while my layout would look really bad and i don't want that but at the same time i'm really tempted. ya'll should tell me what you think because i do like my layout right now but i also do think i could do it better i'm just not sure what i should do and i need opinions XP
